The City of Asheville is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services Engineer for the City-wide Roadway Structures Repairs and Replacements (Helene Recovery Project). The project involves structural inspection, damage assessment services, and analysis for permanent improvements of City-owned infrastructure damaged by Helene, as well as repair or replacement designs for damaged infrastructure. • The project is federally funded. • The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications. • The RFQ is posted on the City procurement website at www.ashevillenc.gov/bids. • All updates to this solicitation shall come in the form of published addenda and shall be published to the same location.
