Advanced Wastewater Treatment Improvements at the Reclaimed Water Production Facility Progressive Design-Build Services

The City of Marco Island Water and Sewer Department seeks a qualified design‑build team to upgrade its Reclaimed Water Production Facility to meet advanced wastewater treatment standards. The effort includes redesign and construction of multiple treatment zones, installation of a new fermentation system, supplemental carbon storage, instrumentation, control, electrical, and site infrastructure upgrades, plus permitting, operation maintenance during construction, commissioning, training, and hand‑over. • Modify existing MLE tank anoxic and oxic zones and add a second anoxic zone. • Install new S2EBPR/RAS fermentation system and supplemental carbon feed. • Upgrade instrumentation, controls, electrical, and site drainage/structural components. • Provide permitting, design, construction, operation‑maintenance, commissioning, and training services.
