Replace Roof - Downtown Gateway Building

The work of this single bid project includes abatement of EPDM roofing systems, removal of perimeter roof edge systems and flashing, installation of modified bitumen roofing system and liquid applied roof, roof edge system and flashing. Construction of round masonry chimney to enclose existing stainless-steel stack. Installation of (2) RTU and (2) exhaust fans. Installation of lightning protection system. New ladders. Replacement and repair of existing capstones. scaffolding installation for protection and access to roof. Roof tie off and fall protection to be installed. Plans will be available after December 16, 2025 through Avalon (716-995-7777 & https://www.avalonbuff-planroom.com) A project walk-through has been scheduled for January 7, 2026 10:30AM Gateway Building Room 104.
