Description
The Lincoln County School District is seeking proposals for the installation of pour rubber surfacing for various school playgrounds. The project involves supplying and installing different systems around swing areas and pour-in-place surfacing at several schools, including Toledo Elementary, Newport Middle School, ECC Playground, Yaquina View, Taft Elementary School, Crestview Heights Elementary School, and SLC Playground. The project is expected to start on June 15, 2026, and be completed by August 15, 2026. The district has the right to refuse any installation from the proposal.
• The project is subject to BOLI Prevailing Wage guidelines.
• The contractor must submit BOLI Form WH-38 (Certified Payroll Reports) for any person performing labor.
• The contractor must not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment.
• The contractor must take affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunities.
