CM at Risk for Edelman College

The Rowan University is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) for the design and construction of the Ric Edelman College. The CM will be responsible for providing technical consultation, project budgeting, and construction management services. The project includes the construction of a 54,000 square foot building with cutting-edge virtual reality classrooms, free roam pods, and specialized spaces for radio, television, and film programs. The CM will work with the University's project manager and architect to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
