Yamaha 250 SHO Outboard Motor Furnish and Install

The City of Clermont is seeking bids to furnish and install one Yamaha 250 SHO outboard motor on a City-owned 2022 Pathfinder 2300 HPS boat. The project includes removing the existing motor, installing the new motor, and testing and commissioning the system. The successful respondent must provide all required parts, labor, and services to complete the project. The City is looking for a respondent with at least two years of experience in marine outboard motor installation, and Yamaha-certified technicians are preferred. • The project consists of replacing an existing outboard motor on a City-owned boat. • The successful respondent must provide all required parts, including the Yamaha 250 SHO outboard motor, propeller, control cables, wiring harnesses, and mounting hardware. • The respondent must also provide complete installation services, including removal of the existing motor, installation of the new motor, and testing and commissioning of the system. • The project must be completed within 45 calendar days of the issuance of the purchase order. • The City reserves the right to reject all bids, cancel the project, or re-advertise the solicitation.
