Intent to Single Source- Kompan Inc.

The City of Tampa is seeking to single source Kompan Inc. for replacement parts/components and hardware for their playground equipment. Kompan Inc. is the sole source provider for their equipment, and replacement parts from other manufacturers will not fit. The City requires the selected vendor to be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer who can provide warranty service, maintenance, or repairs for the quoted product. The vendor must also maintain various insurance coverages, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, worker's compensation, and excess liability insurance. * The replacement parts/components and hardware must be compatible with Kompan Inc. playground equipment. * The vendor must be an authorized manufacturer's distributor or dealer. * The vendor must provide warranty service, maintenance, or repairs for the quoted product. * The vendor must maintain various insurance coverages. * The City may terminate the agreement if the vendor fails to maintain the required insurance coverages.
