Description
The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Landscape Maintenance Services for the Northern Division office. The scope of work includes all services described in Exhibit A, which is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. The contract term is expected to be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing landscape maintenance services for the Northern Division office
• Meeting the qualification requirements, including possessing a valid C-27 Landscape Contractor license
• Complying with the terms and conditions of the agreement, including insurance requirements and security protocols
• Performing work in a satisfactory manner to avoid contract termination
• Maintaining records and submitting reports as required
