Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide fuel system upgrades at the Port Austin and East Tawas Harbors of Refuge. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The scope of work includes study and program analysis phases, and the contractor must demonstrate experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects. The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal (80%) and cost proposal (20%).
• The contractor must submit a complete and straightforward response to the Request for Proposal.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology.
• The contractor must provide a detailed budget analysis.
• The contractor must provide references and examples of previous work.
• The contractor must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
