The job requires either offset or digital printing (single method only), Quality Level III standards, 4‑color process with spot‑color logos, and strict packaging and traceable FedEx/UPS shipping to Washington, DC. The contractor must provide a press‑quality soft PDF proof, receive “OK‑to‑print” confirmation, and meet a final delivery deadline of 15 July 2026.
• 470 sintra/PVC placards (1/16‑in. white material) in four image groups, plus 5 sample copies.
