Description
Arapahoe Community College is seeking an Independent Evaluator to lead a three-year mixed-methods evaluation of a NASA Aerospace Skilled Technical Workforce Hub project. The evaluator will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive evaluation plan, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, and providing annual evaluation reports. The project aims to assess the effectiveness of the NASA Hub in attracting students to the program, improving faculty knowledge and confidence, and engaging project partners. The evaluator will work closely with the project PI and must have experience in evaluating federally funded grant projects, preferably in a post-secondary setting.
• The evaluation will focus on recruitment efforts, faculty professional development, partner engagement, employer confidence, curriculum relevance, student pathways and outcomes, and enrollment trends.
• The evaluator will provide a Comprehensive Evaluation Plan within 30 days of award and annual evaluation reports.
• The project has a budget of $110,000 over three years, with $40,000 allocated for year 1, $30,000 for year 2, and $40,000 for year 3.
