The City of Waco is seeking a qualified vendor to supply bulk liquid oxygen and perform an annual technical inspection of its liquid‑oxygen storage and vaporization system at the Dissolved Air Flotation Facility. The contract includes delivery of the product, all required cryogenic transfer equipment, hoses, fittings, safety gear, documentation, and on‑site technical assistance. Bidders must provide pricing per CCF of gaseous‑oxygen equivalent (approximately 453,000 CCF per year) and a lump‑sum price for the mandatory annual inspection.
