Description
The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish multi-year Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for Temporary Healthcare Staffing Services. The scope of work includes 25 Healthcare Groups consisting of 45 Temporary Healthcare Provider Personnel classifications. The proposed term is five years with a two-year extension option. The service area is statewide, covering ten regions. Awards will be made by region and group, and the awarded MSAs will be mandatory for use by California state agencies and available for use by local government agencies.
• The RFP includes various attachments such as a cost workbook, customer reference form, proposing regions and groups, proposal checklist, and addenda.
• The RFP has undergone modifications, and proposers are required to review all additions and changes carefully before preparing and submitting a proposal.
• The RFP is for temporary healthcare staffing services, including nursing services, personal care services, physicians' personnel assistance services, and more.
• The RFP includes a list of key action dates, which have been updated in Addendum 2.
