The Lakewood Board of Education seeks a qualified vendor to lease a fully‑equipped, ADA‑compliant facility to house its expanding special‑education programs for the 2026‑27 school year. The lease must begin September 1 2026 and run through June 30 2027, providing classrooms, therapy rooms, a nurse’s station, reception, and an adaptive playground, all meeting stringent state and federal code requirements. Proposals are evaluated on technical compliance (30 %), management capability (30 %), and cost (40 %). All required certifications, insurance, and background‑check documentation must accompany the sealed hard‑copy submission by the July 30 deadline.
• Provide at least two 550 sq ft classrooms with attached bathrooms, therapy rooms, nurse’s station, and fenced adaptive playground.
