Pool & PE Facility Improvements -Foothill College

The Foothill‑De Anza Community College District is seeking a qualified Lease‑Leaseback (LLB) entity to design, pre‑construct and ultimately build a comprehensive renovation of the pool and physical‑education complex at Foothill College. The $25 million project covers demolition, pool expansion to Olympic size, new mechanical/electrical systems, structural upgrades, accessibility improvements, and phased construction to keep the campus operational.
