Description
The City of Corona is seeking a contractor to provide monthly turfgrass maintenance services at Corona Municipal Airport, including mowing, trimming, edging, litter removal, and green waste recycling. The contractor will be required to coordinate with the Airport Manager and perform the work using approved equipment. The contract will be for a period of two years, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond.
• The contractor must be a licensed C-27 landscape contractor.
• The contractor must comply with prevailing wage laws and register with the DIR.
• The contractor must provide a 100% payment bond for individual call-out projects exceeding $25,000.
• The contractor must provide a 100% performance bond when required by the City.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process.
