The Navajo Nation Special Diabetes Program seeks a qualified vendor to design, develop, implement, and maintain a secure, HIPAA‑compliant online wellness‑center platform for approximately 1,000 eligible participants over a 24‑month period, with an optional renewal. The solution must provide personalized health content, assessment tools, mobile integration, incentive tracking, comprehensive reporting, and full administrative controls, while meeting stringent tribal and federal security and insurance requirements.
• Develop and launch a custom wellness‑portal (web and mobile) with single sign‑on, multi‑factor authentication, and device integration.
• Provide ongoing health‑coaching content, assessments, incentive programs, and detailed usage reporting for the NSDP.
• Deliver all required certifications (SSA E‑16/SOC 2, cyber‑insurance, HIPAA, etc.) and submit four sealed hard‑copy proposals plus a separate cost proposal by Dec 12 2025.
