Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Med Station & Tower equipment upgrade services at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, GA. The contractor will be responsible for installing and connecting the Medstation/Tower equipment to the hospital network, testing and inspecting the system, and providing written documentation of functionality and performance. The contractor will also be required to provide a one-year limited warranty and establish a separate service agreement for routine maintenance and part replacements.
• The contractor must comply with all VA directives and handbooks regarding information and information system security.
• The contractor must provide all material, equipment, labor, and supervision required to install the additional equipment.
• The contractor must test and inspect the system after installation to ensure correct performance.
• The contractor must provide written documentation in support of functionality and performance.
• The contractor must establish a separate service agreement for routine maintenance and part replacements after the expiration of the one-year limited warranty.
