Description
The Wake County Public School System is seeking a vendor to upgrade the lighting equipment in the Auditorium at East Millbrook Middle School in Raleigh, NC. The project involves replacing the existing lighting system with a new one, including performance lighting, dimming, and control systems. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and installing the new equipment, as well as providing training to school staff. The project requires the vendor to have experience in performing similar projects and to provide references. The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, environmental protection, and taxation.
Some key aspects of the project include:
• Replacing the existing ETC Dimming and Controls system with a new paradigm system
• Upgrading the dimmer racks to Sensor 3
• Installing new R20 modules and reusing existing D20 modules
• Replacing existing DMX splitters with functional splitters
• Upgrading wall stations and configuring them to replicate the function of the existing architectural controls
• Providing a new Ion lighting console
