The Southeast Pennsylvania Economic Development and Planning Commission (SEDA‑COG) is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide full‑service design, permitting, bid preparation, and construction‑phase supervision for ADA‑compliant pathways and a handicapped parking stall at White Deer Community Park, Union County, PA. The scope includes complete architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical design; preparation of all construction documents; cost estimating; assistance with CDBG compliance; and on‑site supervision through final inspection and as‑built documentation. The contract is funded by a Community Development Block Grant and capped at under $350,000 for professional services.
