Student Transportation Routes

East Brunswick Public Schools is seeking qualified transportation providers to deliver daily student bus service for the 2025‑2026 school year. Bids must be submitted on a per‑diem (daily) basis for each route, include any required aide/attendant costs for routes marked with an asterisk, and contain a separate “In/Dec Adj Cost” adjustment line. The contract will cover all listed routes, with start dates defined per route in supplemental addenda, and will run for the full academic year. • Provide daily bus service on 10 route groups (single routes 1‑8, route 9, plus a packaged bundle PKG 45). • Submit a daily rate for each route, an adjustment amount, and a separate aide per‑diem where required. • The district will award the contract to the vendor offering the lowest compliant total per‑diem cost while meeting all aide and adjustment requirements. • Service location is confined to East Brunswick, NJ; vendors must have appropriate NJ motor carrier authority and qualified aides for special‑needs routes.
