This sole‑source award funds a statewide historic‑preservation education and technical assistance program administered by the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation (WTHP) under the Federal Historic Preservation Fund. The work includes planning a Youth Heritage Project, supporting the Maritime Washington National Heritage Area, delivering statewide outreach and digital content, conducting up to three virtual workshops, and monitoring easements for historic properties.
