Building and Grounds Materials, Supplies, Rentals, Repairs and Other Related Products and Services

The Lewisville Independent School District is seeking proposals for Building and Grounds Materials, Supplies, Rentals, Repairs, and Other Related Products and Services. The contract will be awarded to one or multiple vendors, and the initial term will be from April 2026 to April 2028, with two successive renewals of two years each. The district is looking for vendors to provide a wide range of products and services, including materials, supplies, rentals, repairs, and other related products and services. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the district, considering factors such as price, quality, availability, delivery timing, support, and other relevant factors. • The proposal should include a catalog or pricing list, insurance certificate, form 1295, W-9 form, and vendor insurance acknowledgment. • The vendor should provide any and all costs within their proposal response, including costs of bonding, insurance, delivery, permits, specialized equipment, or any other cost necessary. • The vendor should be solely responsible for its use of any subcontractor or any third-party acting on behalf of the vendor. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals submitted, waive minor technicalities, and accept the offer(s) most advantageous to the district.
