Description
The City of Detroit’s Office of Contracting and Procurement is seeking pre‑qualified demolition contractors to perform hazardous‑material abatement and complete demolition of residential properties grouped under “Group 9.3.26 (14588 Burgess – Demo Only).” Vendors must submit detailed price sheets, professional rate schedules, and a signed signature page via the Oracle Supplier Portal by the deadline. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with the successful vendor required to complete all work within 120 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed and provide performance/payment bonds and insurance.
