Description
The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to award a sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to The MathWorks, Inc. for a one‑year license and maintenance subscription for MATLAB software and its engineering toolboxes. The award will provide the Navy’s Warfighter Support Activity with electronic delivery of software licenses, ongoing technical support, patches, and access to MathWorks online resources for a 12‑month period. The contract is non‑competitive but allows other vendors to submit capability statements within fifteen days for future competition consideration.
