Description
The Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) is seeking to amend their existing single feasible source (SFS) contract with Bruker Scientific, LLC to add six renewal periods for the maintenance of the MALDI Biotyper (MBT) Sirius RUO System/Equipment Package. The contract period is from March 17, 2025, through May 05, 2026, with six renewal options. The work will be performed by Bruker OEM factory-certified support or field service, and any service performed by another entity would void the warranty and/or service agreement.
