Description
The University of Houston is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of new office space for the Environmental and Health Service (EHS) in the Melcher Building. The project includes all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to build the office spaces in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by THIEL DESIGN GROUP LLC.
* The project is located at 3871 Holman St. in Houston, TX 77204.
* A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT.
* A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT via Zoom.
* The submission deadline is 8/4/2026 3:00 PM.
* The project requires compliance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783.
