Description
The U.S. Embassy in Maputo requires professional services and contractor quotes to perform preventive maintenance services for the facility's York Chillers (Air Cooled Scroll). The contractor will be responsible for labor, tools, and materials to carry out all preventive maintenance tasks. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contractor must provide trained technicians with the appropriate tools and testing equipment for scheduled maintenance, safety inspection, and safety testing.
• The contractor will perform preventive maintenance tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor will inventory, supply, and replace expendable parts that have become worn due to wear and tear.
• The contractor will maintain a supply of expendable and common parts on site for normal maintenance.
• The contractor will provide all necessary materials and supplies to maintain, service, inspect, and test all systems.
• The contractor will provide a typewritten report to the Post Facilities Manager after each maintenance service.
