Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic is seeking a contractor to construct a new Child Development Center (CDC) at the Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads in Norfolk, Virginia. The CDC will be designed to support 300 children and will include outdoor playground areas.
