Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Muskogee County. The work includes carpentry, drywall and finish, and plumbing, and must be completed within 14 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office to receive preference.
• The bidder must provide proof of certification with their bid.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder with the lowest and most responsive bid.
• The successful bidder will be required to complete the Request for Acceptance of Subcontractor if a subcontractor is to be utilized.
• The contractor/subcontractor shall warranty their work against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of one year.
