The Navajo Nation Division of Transportation is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish the existing parking lot at the Shiprock Senior Center and perform associated site‑preparation work. The scope includes obtaining a water permit, developing a storm‑water pollution prevention plan, providing all labor, equipment, and materials for demolition, grading, utility protection, erosion control, and site cleanup, and delivering required quality‑control, safety, and communication plans. The contract is a one‑year, fixed‑price award with a Notice‑to‑Proceed expected August 31 2026.
