Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide healthcare furniture for the Corpus Christi Specialty Clinic. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of each ordering activity. The contract period is from 08-17-2026 to 10-15-2026. The contractor must provide products that meet the VHA specifications and high-quality threshold while integrating excellent environmental stewardship.
• The contractor must provide exam room mobile workstations, furniture patient guest seating, and lab/medical workspace seating.
• The contractor must ensure that all finished surfaces are free of scratches, marks, dents, or blemishes, and withstand staining, and resistant to flaking, cracking, or loss or adhesion.
• The contractor must furnish maintenance manuals for all products specified.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the products, which will run from the date of acceptance of the products by the Government.
