Description
The Talbot County Government is seeking a consultant to update the Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan. The selected firm will be required to complete the update within 270 days of receiving a signed Notice to Proceed. The plan must comply with the Code of Maryland Regulations and be consistent with the 2026 Comprehensive Plan. The consultant will be evaluated based on their resources and capability, key staff experience, project understanding, cost of services, and completeness of submission.
• The consultant must have experience in preparing Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plans.
• The consultant must provide a task and man-hour breakdown with their proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
• The consultant is encouraged to include client references and a listing of complete Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plans.
• The pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, but attendance is encouraged.
• The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
