Description
The Robla School District is seeking qualified providers to deliver supplemental, enrichment‑only programming for Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 6 during after‑school and intersession periods for the 2026‑2027 school year. Services must complement regular instruction, support academic, social‑emotional, physical, and cultural development, and be offered in both virtual and on‑site formats. Providers must meet strict safety, staffing, and bilingual communication requirements, submit a detailed cost proposal, and be prepared for potential award to one or multiple vendors across five elementary sites.
• Target audience: TK‑Grade 6 (≈ 4‑12 years), 150‑250 students per site, 5 sites total.
• Program scope: Arts, STEM, literacy, sports, leadership, cultural/ language‑responsive, special‑education support – delivered in ≥ 60‑minute enrichment blocks, either daily or “club‑style” 1‑2 times/week.
• Mandatory compliance: background checks, TB clearance (≤ 4 years), mandated‑reporter training, insurance ≥ $1 M, bilingual family communication, no fees to families.
• Evaluation criteria: program design (25 pts), safety (15 pts), family partnership (15 pts), staffing (15 pts), continuous improvement (10 pts), cost reasonableness (15 pts), prior Robla experience (5 pts).
