Request for Town of Glade Spring Pre-Audit Services

The Town of Glade Spring, Virginia is seeking a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm to provide pre-audit services. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing the Town's financial records for an independent audit for fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025. This includes a Single Audit in compliance with federal funding requirements under 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F. The procurement will be conducted by competitive negotiation in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). • The selected firm must be a qualified CPA firm. • The firm will be responsible for preparing the Town's financial records for an independent audit. • The firm must comply with federal funding requirements under 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F. • The procurement will be conducted by competitive negotiation in accordance with the VPPA. • Price will not be the sole determinant for award.
