Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to negotiate a sole source award to DOCME360, LLC for the design, development, and deployment of a secure, scalable digital platform that provides real-time updates and engagement capabilities throughout the surgical journey. The platform will be used to track the key stages of the surgical process, provide updates to patients and families, and offer flexible enrollment workflows. The project will be completed in four months, with the following phases: Design & Discovery, Build & Integration, Pilot Deployment, and Evaluation & Scale. The contractor will work closely with the VA SME to co-design the solution and ensure that it reflects operational realities and fits seamlessly into existing operational processes.
