Description
The Alaska Energy Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, test, and deliver a total of five skid‑mounted diesel engine‑generator sets (two 100 kW units and three 65 kW units) built around specified John Deere marine‑rated engines and Newage/Stamford or Kato generators. The contract includes complete accessories, detailed submittal packages, on‑site load testing, packaging, shipping to Anchorage, and a one‑year warranty with travel/per‑diem coverage. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with delivery required within 18 weeks (base) or 20 weeks (alternate) after order receipt.
• Provide two 100 kW and three 65 kW skid‑mounted engine‑generator sets meeting EPA Tier 3 marine emissions and all listed technical specs.
• Supply all required accessories (belt guards, batteries, voltage regulators, rain caps, etc.) and perform on‑site load‑testing with full reporting.
• Deliver complete documentation (drawings, TVA analysis, O&M manuals) within 14 days of contract award and ship to the Anchorage FOB point.
