Six distinct work packages are offered, covering structural precast elements, fire‑protection systems, roofing, cold‑form metal framing, exterior metal panels, and a combined mechanical‑and‑plumbing scope. Bidders must attend mandatory pre‑bid Microsoft Teams meetings, may optionally visit the site, and submit sealed bids via BuildingConnected by early October.
