The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified design‑consultant firm to lead the planning, community outreach, permitting, and preparation of full construction‑document packages for the new Greenville Loop Road Park, a roughly 25‑acre municipal park to be delivered under a CMAR contract. The consultant will work closely with city staff, an endowment partner, and a construction‑manager‑at‑risk, delivering conceptual, schematic, design‑development, and bid‑ready documentation, while also managing public involvement and regulatory approvals.
