Description
The Stafford Township Board of Education is seeking qualified vendors to provide special‑education‑related services across three categories: assistive technology and augmentative & alternative communication (AT/AAC) support, behavioral assessments, and neuro‑psychological evaluations. Services are to be delivered on a case‑by‑case basis to students (Pre‑K‑Grade 6 for AT/AAC; broader for behavioral and neuro‑psych services) and must include evaluation reports, consultation, training, and participation in IEP/ISP meetings. The contract runs July 1 2026 – June 30 2027 with possible two‑year extensions. Vendors must submit a detailed fee schedule, meet extensive New Jersey compliance requirements (insurance, background checks, affirmative‑action, de‑barment certifications, etc.), and provide all required forms in two hard‑copy copies by the deadline.
• Conduct AT/AAC evaluations, provide recommendations, staff training, and support IEP development.
• Perform functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Deliver comprehensive neuro‑psychological assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Submit monthly logs, invoices, and maintain required certifications and insurance coverage.
