Description
The Cobb County PARKS department is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the replacement of sections of cart paths at Cobblestone Golf Course. The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appliances necessary to complete the work. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing and removing existing concrete, excavating, subgrading, compacting, pouring concrete, finishing, and sealing the new cart paths. The project also includes the construction of new concrete paths if alternates are accepted. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must comply with all applicable national, state, and local codes and ordinances.

• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 22, 2026, at 8:30 AM.
• The contractor must submit a bid form, qualification statement, and logistics plan detailing site layout.
• The contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act.
• The contractor must provide a Notice of Commencement with the Cobb County Clerk of Superior Court within 15 days after starting work.
