FPAC Data Engineering & Data Management– Notice of Intent to Compete Under USDA STRATUS Pool 2 Small Business Track

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is finalizing its acquisition approach for a forthcoming requirement that will include comprehensive Data Administration (DA) support. The data administrator will be responsible for the overall management of organizational data resources, including data definition, policies, procedures, and standards, data conflict resolution, database planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance, data protection, data performance assurance, data architecture, data modeling, metadata management, and user training, education, and consulting support. The requirement will also include support for USDA's Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform (EDAPT), which is the centralized enterprise system for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
