The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate a single‑family home (built 1964, unit 13257) in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. The scope covers structural foundation work, carpentry, siding, soffit, fascia, exterior painting, interior drywall repair and finish, vinyl plank flooring, and replacement of aluminum K‑style gutters. The contractor must complete the work within 25 working days after a Notice‑to‑Proceed, begin within two weeks of award notification (or incur $100 per day liquidated‑damage), and provide a one‑year labor warranty plus all manufacturer warranties.
