Description
The Needham Housing Authority is seeking a Construction Manager for the Modernization of Seabeds Way project. The project involves the modernization of Seabeds Way in Needham, MA, with an estimated construction cost of $12.3 million and a duration of 14 to 17 months. The selected Construction Manager will be awarded a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract.
• The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the construction process, ensuring compliance with prevailing wage rates, and obtaining necessary bonds.

• A pre-proposal site visit will be held on March 25, 2026, at 10:00 am.
