LGA Protective Relay Test Set

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District is seeking sources for a supply project: Little Goose Lock & Dam Protective Relay Test Set. This project involves the purchase of one new complete Protective Relay Test Set for delivery to Little Goose Lock & Dam in Dayton, WA. The test set must include a complete relay test set, expansion/amplifier module, full edition of relay test set software, accessory package, and test set training session. The equipment must meet specific technical specifications, including UL listing, FCC compliance, and compatibility with certain protective relays. • The contractor must provide a complete relay test set with specified features, such as internal power supply, computer communication capabilities, and safety-rated test leads. • The contractor must provide a relay test set expansion/amplifier module with specified features, such as internal power supply, computer communication capabilities, and compatibility with the relay test set. • The contractor must provide programming and interface software for the relay test set, with specified features, such as automatic test plans, manual test capabilities, and data recording and export capabilities. • The contractor must provide accessories, such as interface cables, current clamp probes, and a CT polarity checker. • The contractor must provide a training session for personnel on the use of the relay test set, with specified topics and materials.
