Demolition Bundle at West Atlanta School, Peterson Elementary School, The Brewer Center, Anderson Pa

The Atlanta Public Schools is seeking a design-build contractor to carry out demolition work at several sites, including West Atlanta School, The Brewer Center, Pryor Street Lot, Peterson Elementary School, and Anderson Park Elementary School. The scope of work includes demolition, abatement, sitework, and permitting. The contractor will be required to provide all services outlined in the standard APS design-build agreement. • Demolition of existing building structures and disposal of debris • Abatement of asbestos-containing materials and other hazardous materials • Sitework, including hydroseeding and restoration of disturbed areas • Permitting and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations • Use of the Owner's project management software for collaboration and communication
