Construction of SEMINOLE & FORK RIVER PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Sherwood seeks a qualified contractor to construct approximately 1,300 linear feet of new 5‑ft wide sidewalk along the north side of Seminole Trail, including a 3‑ft greenspace buffer, and to remove/replace existing concrete driveways as needed for sidewalk installation. The work must be completed under budget constraints, and the City reserves the right to reduce scope or reject bids.
