Description
The Massachusetts Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide support services for a Homeland Response Force (HRF) Supported Collective Training Exercise (SCTE) event. The contractor will be responsible for providing and managing contractor role players, moulage/clothing, weighted manikins, simulants, lumber package, real-world medical support, and a Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) reset. The event will take place at Joint Base Cape Cod, MA.
• The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control.
• The contractor must adhere to the detailed instructions provided in the "Addendum to 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors" contained within the solicitation package.
• The contractor must submit a quote that includes a completed SF 1449, technical proposal, and pricing information.
• The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to all solicitation requirements and Performance Work Statement details.
