RFP - Third Party Admin of FSA

The State of Connecticut, Office of the State Comptroller is seeking a third-party administrator to provide services for the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Qualified Transportation Account (QTA) Programs. The programs include the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), the Medical Flexible Spending Account Program (MEDFLEX), and the Qualified Transportation Account (QTA).
