The Government Publishing Office, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks a vendor to produce 32,500 #10 windowed envelopes with a blue security tint, printed with the VA logo in Pantone 541 Blue, and deliver them to the Eastern Kansas Health Care System in Topeka, KS.
• Product: 32,500 #10 windowed envelopes (4‑1/8 × 9‑1/2 in) with a clear window (1‑1/8 × 4‑1/2 in) and inside‑only blue security tint.
• Printing: Agency logo, seven type lines, and one horizontal rule in Pantone 541 Blue; one‑sided on JCP‑specified white envelope stock (24 lb, basis size 17 × 22 in).
• Quality & QA: Must meet QATAP Level 3 and ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 inspection levels (General I, Special S‑2).
• Packaging & Delivery: Pack in boxes of 500, label with GPO Form 905, include random‑copy certification (Form 917) and blue‑label random‑copy form (2678); ship by 14 August 2026, with same‑day email notification of tracking.
